Our Annual General Meeting will be held at 6.30pm on Monday 7^th November.

All Officers of the club shall be declared vacant at the AGM. Officers of the club include the President, two Vice-presidents, Secretary, Assistant Secretary and Treasurer.

The General Committee is also declared vacant at the AGM and shall be not less than seven and no more than ten ordinary members.

All members elected at the AGM shall hold office for 12 months and be eligible for re-appointment and re-election if they so desire.

If you are interested in joining and would like to know what it involves, please speak to any of the current committee members.

All nominations must be handed/emailed to myself by Sunday 23^rd October.

 

Committee Meetings are held on the 2^nd Wednesday of each month

To be eligible for Nomination for 2023 you need to be one of the following:

• Life Member
• Active Member (if your child is under 18 the parent named as the contact person is eligible for nomination)
• Affiliate member
• Any other interested person
  • Associate member – to become an interested person you would need to state in an email as to why you would like to become an interested person. This email needs to be sent to the Club secretary which will then be forwarded to the committee for consideration. If your application is successful a $25 fee will apply.

All members nominating for the 2023 committee must be financial from the 2022 year.

If you want to be involved with the club but not a part of the 2023 committee, please consider joining the Fundraising sub-committee, Graceful Girl Competition sub-committee and/or our Team Competition sub-committee as we are always looking for new ideas.
